If you order before 11am you should receive your package within 1-2 working days. Any orders placed after 11am can expect delivery within 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods your order may take up to 5 working days to be delivered.

We are sorry to hear there has been a delay with your delivery. You will be supplied with a tracking number, so firstly please check your tracking details to see if your parcel has been left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it has not, then please send us an email or phone the office and one of our helpful team members will chase this up with the couriers for you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text which will contain tracking information. This will allow you to follow the progress of your order.


If the fault is reported within the guarantee then you will be able to claim for a replacement. Please take photos or videos to clearly illustrate the problem for our records. Once this is done, please email our customer service inbox and include the photos / videos. If the photos / videos clearly show the problem then we may be able to get a replacement straight out for you. We will then ask you to post the faulty product back to us and we would cover the return costs. If you cannot provide proof of the fault, then we will need to receive the product back first, test it for faults, and if a fault is found then we will get a replacement sent out for you and we would refund the return cost. If a fault is not found then we will send the product back to you and we would not refund the return cost.
Please contact our customer services as soon as possible either via email or telephone. If you let us know quickly, we should be able to cancel or change your order before it is sent out. If the order has already been dispatched then you can return unwanted items at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. Once they arrive back in their oringal packaging and in fully resaleable condition, you will recieve a refund.
As long as the unwanted items are unused and in their original packaging, then they can be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return a item(s), please send us an email and we will pass on our returns instructions. Once the goods arrive back in fully re-sellable condition, a refund will be issued less carriage costs.
