The item arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately there weren't any installation instructions. Luckily it was fairly straightforward to adjust to the correct height. I shortened mine to 23cm, that leaves enough headroom for a standard ceiling height. I was a bit disappointed that there's a slight humming noise. It's not too noticeable by the time you're lying in bed, but for the price I expected it to run silently!
